At Cafe de Lune, we're committed to getting your coffee and coffee accessories to you as quickly and carefully as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.
Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During product launches, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Order weight
- Shipping destination
- Selected shipping method
We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on our website.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed.
Domestic Shipping
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (where available)
International Shipping
- Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, customs inspections, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (when available). Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Cafe de Lune is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed after they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
If your package is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us, and we'll do our best to help you work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged:
- Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and products.
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and photos so we can review your claim promptly.
International Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated.
Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive the wrong item or if an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll work quickly to correct the issue.

Returns Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
